Wow!! What a fantastic stayaway. A surprise gift for my Birthday couldn't have been any better. The most beautiful place inside and out and that is even in the Winter. So cozy and Christmasy, the staff were amazing! The Pigs attention to detail is incredible making you feel at home every step of the way. Well, food...... absolutely delicious paired with some excellent wine served with a smile. Breakfast stunning!! and the icing on the cake, an hours massage with the wonderful Megan (a must if you are fortunate to stay here) Would highly recommend this hotel, you wont be disappointed!!!

After walking from Swanage to Studland along the cliffs, we came to a really beautiful hotel (despite the name!) and we had a great lunch there in their garden-side restaurant. We also noticed later that there was an attractive, cosy lounge where you can enjoy coffee and cake. The staff were lovely and we look forward to going there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights in October. We really enjoyed the concept of the 25 mile menu and tried a lot of dishes during our stay, all very nice (particularly the smoked trout starter). Breakfast is expensive if you don’t have a big appetite in the morning as there is a minimum spend of £18.95, regardless of how much you have from the breakfast table. The room was small but cosy and although cold initially, it warmed up when we adjusted the radiator. Service was slow at times, especially in the bar. We had a lovely stay and would return in future but there are some areas that could be improved given the price.

Booked here for my wife’s birthday and we loved it. Quirky rooms, characterful and charming building, really atmospheric bar and public rooms, with roaring fires in the winter. The cocktails were excellent. And you’re just a very short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend booking the restaurant too for any evenings you are here as the food is great. All in all, a great hotel and one we’ll visit again

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for making my 40th birthday lunch so amazing. From the food to the service, we honestly couldn't fault a thing. We would recommend anyone considering dining with you and we will definitely return.

We booked the Roundhouse for my partners 40th Birthday. The food was outstanding and really good value for money at £55 per head for 3 courses. The service was impeccable and was amazing. Our waiter (I didn’t get his name sadly) was very attentive throughout the day. We cannot thank him and the team enough. We throughly enjoyed our day and we’ll definitely be back.

Stopped here for lunch, doing a circular walk from Swanage. Beautiful venue, had Alice in Wonderland vibes, I thought. We had a drink and two courses (main and dessert), and while I thought the prices were quite high, I actually feel they were reasonable for the beautiful venue, excellent friendly service, and high quality food.
